Challenge:

When it’s all about ensuring your customers choose the right product for their specific needs, how can you assist in the decision making process at the point of sale?

Solution:

Work with Americhip to develop a clever, low-cost dimensional product selector.  Americhip partnered with Vichy to design a unique communication device that its instore education teams could use to guide shoppers to just the right product for their health and beauty needs.  The proprietary design includes three wheels on the front that rotate to identify each consumer’s specific skin types and preferences.  Once all three preferences are confirmed, the trainers turn over the device and two appropriate products are revealed in the “magic windows”: one to treat and one to strengthen.  Customers appreciate when they feel you are looking out for their best interests and will reward you with lifetime loyalty if your products properly align with their needs.
