Athenahealth was aware of the changes to the typical “hospital-centric care model” and realized that healthcare systems will soon be searching for a more dynamic model to drive more revenue, increase margins, and give greater visibility and accountability. With a new line technology-based services and solutions, Athenahealth needed an effective way to showcase its line of services and solutions to a targeted group of medical organizations.

In order to create awareness of the industry shift as well as provide a concise yet comprehensive snapshot of its services, Athenahealth collaborated with Americhip to produce an interactive mailer that utilized Americhip’s Video in Print technology and paper engineering expertise. The mailer starts with a few pages of important industry-shift facts and figures which then leads to a video screen page with 4 chapter buttons. The video content included a message from the CEO as well as few testimonials from key clients. The mailer also cited a special offer for medical groups as well as a content that drove prospective clients to their company site. The mailer was engaging, informative, making it a highly effective vehicle to deliver Athenahealth's message.
